Competitions

Students compete for state titles in approximately 50 categories relating to student media. The majority of competitions are send-in submissions with winners announced at the spring convention. Some competitions are on-site at the spring convention.

The top three contestants from each category get certificates, and hardware is given to the top categories (i.e. Overall Yearbook, Photographer of the Year).
